Damac Hills

Damac Hills is one of the most well-known residential areas of Dubai. Developed by DAMAC Properties, the community includes 390 hectares of land and has a wide selection of residential and commercial properties. The project was launched in 2013, and by September 2019, 16,000 villas were completed and another 44,000 units remain under construction.

Damac Hills offers many housing options, including studios, villas, townhouses, and apartments with one to four-bedroom floor plans. The community is located next to Trump International Golf Club, which features an 18-hole golf course. It is the first golf club of its kind in the Middle East, and in 2016, it was recognized by “The Best Golf Project in the World.”

The nearest metro station can be reached within a 20-minute drive of the community. Taxi services function intermittently in the area, so residents are advised to use transportation apps, such as Uber, RTA, and Careem.
